Thank you for participating in Great River Conferences! We would like to see all families in person for conferences this year.
- Students in grades 5-12 are with the student and caregiver, the student's advisor or classroom guide.
- Students in grades 1-4 are with caregiver and the teacher only.
- If you require an interpreter for conferences, indicate so in the form with the language required so we can set that up.
If you do not know your student’s advisor contact office@greatriverschool.org.
Multiple Households/Families - if your child splits time between two households and both caregivers want/need to attend the conference, please schedule it together. If this is not possible, exceptions can be made by emailing the Program Director of your level.
To schedule a conference:
- Select the level of your student below. If your adolescent student has an IEP for special education services, select "Adolescent Special Education."
- Select your student's advisor/classroom (or Adolescent Sped Case Manager.
- In the first field type the name of the student.
- Enter caregiver information and the type of conference.
- Complete the forms and submit your appointment.
You will be emailed a confirmation to the email you submit in the form.
Need to change the appointment? Click the link in the confirmation email to change the appointment.
If you have specific concerns that you want to discuss with a guide who is not your student's advisor, please contact them directly to discuss via phone or email, or set up a meeting before or after conference days. All advisors will be able to talk with you about students' overall academic standing. Guides will be booked all day on both days in conferences with their own advisees.
